Load your Office 97 CD, when it comes up with the programs and whatnot that you can install, click on Microsoft Word. Go to add/remove, then click on "change options" for office tools. Photo editor will be listed under that subdirectory...just click it and click ok, then continue, and you will be able to instally it.
