I have MS Photo Editor which I installed from the MS Office Pro 97 CD. It used to work fine (and still opens images) when I had 16 MB RAM. But when I up-graded to 32 MD RAM (and perhaps installed a few other programs)I find that I can't get it to print - it says "Insufficient memory to complete operation" ! Its not a printer memory problem (I use a HP DeskJet 670 Colour Printer). The funny thing is that if I use the PRINT icon from the tool-bar it prints but when I go through the drop-down FILE menu it gives the above error message. Why don't I use the icon method? Because the drop-down method for PRINT has useful options like "centre", "enlarge" etc. Some say a particular .dll may have got corrupted or replaced by some software that I may have installed. Which one? No one can tell me ! I have tried un-installing the software and re-installing from the CD but it still does not print. Everything else on it works. I'd appreciate any help on this.
