Follow the instructions like the above posts says.
When your done though you'll need to do 2 things
because of the way IC uses anti aliasing. The 1st
thing you want to do is goto "effects / sharpen light"
and apply it. Then the most important thing is to
enlarge magnify your image like 400 percent and
check the edges of your image. You'll see some clear
pixels along the edges. Got "Arrange Palette / Crop"
that button is on the right hand side next to the
resize button. If you don't crop it when you import
it into a document you'll see lines around youyr image.
