1 Thing I forgot to add and I'm not sure if its in the tutorials. To check and see how your image will look with the custom palette you create. Next to the zoom windoe at the top is another drop down menu that says True Color. Just click the arrow and you'll see your palette you just created listed. Select that and you'll see it as it will appear exactly on the web. Sorry for 2 postings for 1 question.
