Need an urgent HELP

Hello,

I have two different GIF images, I would like make the 2nd Image as the background of the 1st Image using Image Composer.

Like for example: My first Image a Picture and 2nd image are clouds. My final product should look like beautiful 1st image should be standing in the clouds.

Please guide me step by step ASAP.

I have to finish a project by tomarrow.
