No. You should however be able to saves the files in TIFF format. This should be sufficent for most layout programs and for most printers. You will however need another program such as Corel PhotoPaint or PhotoShop to convert them to CMYK from RGB. While ImagComposer does a nice job on web graphics it was not realy meant to output images to print.
