Creating Non-Tiled Backgrounds with Image composer

Can anyone tell me in idiot language on how to create a non-tiled background in Image Composer? I want to create a front page with a large company logo in the back that takes up the whole background and does not tile.

If possible can you e-mail me with any tips.
