This is not an MIC problem, it's an HTML. The code to set an image as background AUTOMATICALLY tiles it. The only solution is to make the image as big as the screen (ie, 640 x 480). But then again, where a user with a larger screen dimension views your site, it will lap over on the edges. Try designing the site with tables, and set one of the areas with your background. That way the image with only be shown there, and not over the entire site.
