Perhaps my recent experience may help. I have been having trouble printing any Quark 3.32 images to my HP 932C (a deskjet). After much technical support from Quark, my tech did some research and found it to be an HP printer driver problem that seems to conflict with OS 9. He reported some folks said upgrading to Quark 4.x resolved most problems. It doesn't seem to be a Quark technical problem. If you have OS 9, maybe your problem is stemming from the driver. HP doesn't have a fix yet for my deskjet. Check with HP Tech support to see if there is a driver you can upgrade to.
It seems EPSON doesn't have these problems (figures right?). I'm hoping I can sell my HP and buy an EPSON USB printer! Hope this helps. Mel
