Quark (mac) conversion to Word or HTML

I have a large document in Quark on my old Mac that I need to make accessible on my PC. Don't want to buy Quark for PC. Does anyone know how to convert a Quark document to a format I can use in MS Word, either a .doc or .html? Please e-mail me at MarcS@Paronline.com
