You can select all the text and go to
File > Save Text ....
Then just remember to title the file with the .doc suffix
Of course you loose any layout this way.
Or you can look for an xtension that will convert to HTML. There are a couple out there cjeck out www.markwares.com
Quark isn't really set up to export into anything that could even remotely be used as a layout app. generally the other apps are set up to convert Quark files.
