If I receive a PDF version of a Quark or Pagemaker file from a Macintosh. The embedded fonts, though they may display correctly on a PC [don't know why as they're Mac ones!]
- simply won't print. The default arial and times ones are used.
Can I find a list of these embedded Macintosh fonts in the document and replace them with pc friendly Windows ttf's of my choice universally?
I mean rather than line by line - which would take years.
I'd like to do this so that the replacement fonts will be truly embedded - displaying and printing correctly from any other PC?
Hope you can help. Thanks,
John
