How to print from MS Word97 to AGFA AccuSet1000

I HAVE A PROBLEM. Our imagesetter is Agfa AccuSet 1000 with Viper 1.5 RIP. I have file created on MSWORD97 and i want to print correctly all pages with images and text to setter. BUT i can't set right page size, RIP crashed from this PS files and more,more.
I tried to make EPS and PDF(to print) but the same shit. Please Help me if someone have solution.
