: : : I have a rather large grouping of collectibles, that has taken me a long time to install.
: : : I made the mistake of using the Easy Working Labels software, because it was exactly what I needed, and I have been unable to find a similat package that will allow me to do what the Labels software does.
: : : The (Spinnaker Software) are out of business now, and all of a sudden I found that the identification numbers that I assigned to my items no longer prints. The item number is still on the data base, and if I go to the "view" screen I can still see it, but if I print the page the item number is gone!
: : : Has anyone had a similar problem, or can anyone put me in touch with someone that could dis-assemble the code, find the problem, and fix it for me?
Look at the size of the box in which the numbers appear. If it is too small, the program will not print them. There is an option to show an "X" when the graphic/type is too big, but if this is off, you won't see the problem.
If its not that, I don't know what is.
Best of luck...
