I came across this problem before but never really needed to solve it at the time. Since reading this message I popped along to www.adobe.com and did a search there and there is a converter for windows that will convert mac v5 to pc v5 and then you can open that directly in PC v6.x.

I think it will even convert even earlier versions as well. Haven't tried it yet as its only just downloaded whilst I'm typing this.
