Dear Mr. Budd,
Professional scanning must cover two basic areas. One
is for film, and the other reflective / paper. If your
basic need is for professional film scanning, a unit
that will do up to 4 x 5" film is desirable. A typical
expample is a used Leafscan 45, which will produce very
high quality, professional scans. These units runs be-
tween $5,000.00 and $8,000.00 depending on condition.
If you are interested in this level of qualtiy, we have
a 11th month of 1995 model that we will sell at a very
fair price. The unit has had little use and is in pri-
stine condition. We will also be happy to discuss your
needs regarding computing power, storage, etc.
Regards,
