Layering inside Quark XPress 4 Windows XTension

I'm trying to find an XTension for layering inside Quark XPress 4 Windows XTension. I have found Layer It! Windows, but the details indicate that it's for Quark 3.32. Will this one work with Quark 4.0? Is Vision's Edge in the process of upgrading the XTension to Quark 4.0? (I haven't used an XTension yet. Hopefully it will be intuitive?) I saw that the Mac version of Layer It! has been upgraded to Quark XPress 4.0. Before I recommend its purchase for the students in our Mac lab, can anyone who has used the latest version endorse it?
