Some of this depends on whether or not you have a college education. It doesn't necessarily matter what area you majored in, just having the degree often helps. When I worked as a temp, I used to get anywhere from $15 - $20/hour to do dtp, which means my agency charged about $25 - $35/hour for my services. I have a BS and an MA.
