I do medical transcription. Below is a sample of what I have set in a macro:
EXAM:
PAST MEDICAL History:
My question is, after I type the first line after each heading, I do not want to have to go back to the beginning of line 2 and hit tab to make it all line up. Is there not a way so that it will automatically align after the first line so the text will look like the text below?
EXAM: The patient had a large lesion on the left leg that was very similar
to the lesion were removed previously.
PAST MEDICAL HISTORY: Negative for diabetes, hypertension, No history
of skin cancer.
Help please.
