You are opening a hornet's nest of a thread you know. I once answered that very question at another site and was severely chastised by the webmistress.
I have found that for the most part, Quark allows me to work more intuitively than PM, once you understand the the way the program works (since you have to learn one or the other). This of course depends upon what type of work you plan on using the app for.
