Just thought of something. You can "print" your PageMaker file to an EPS format under the Print Dialogue window. Word will import EPS files. Dunno how it'll all translate, but maybe there's some hope.
You'll likely get just a gray box in your Word doc, but if you use a PostScript printer for output, it should print okay. For what it's worth, it you don't have a PostScript printer.... head for your local Kinko's and rent one of their computers to output your file. They've got PS printers.
