You dont get it. No one is disputing that Mac is a good OS for DTP. It just gets really tiresome the attitudes that come from Mac people about PC use for DTP. If you know what you're doing, the PC is a great tool for DTP. Since you were taught on a Mac, of coarse it is easier for you to use a Mac but people better wake up when it comes to cross platform use. My point with the Adobe sales stats is this: bottom line for Adobe is Windows users is as important an audience. Your comments dont even really make since. 50% is 50%. That means for every thousand software products sold to Mac there is an equivalent amount sold to Windows. What could be clearer than that? Ill bet if you were to check the market share of PC users who are serious DTP'rs you would find the percentage rather small compared to the amount of PC users who do other things. Your argument doesnt wash. What were these stats just a few years ago? What is the trend? Why are you so threatened? It doesnt have to be a threat you know, just cooperation.
