: My name is Michael and for the past 14 years I have worked in the finance field. Now Im going through a career transition as they say. I now have the opportunity to change careers and to pursuit something that utilizes my creative and problem solving skills. Deskstop Publishing interests me and I find that I have an opportunity to acquire tuition assistance. In order to qualify I have to submit a justification letter. This brings me to the point of my posting. I have to gather information in order to satisfy certain requirements of the justification letter.
