Hi Everyone:

I work for a brokerage firm. I'm looking to find out what skills I could be lacking in order to
strengthen my DTP marketability in the financial market. I'm considering taking the Series 7 but
not sure if doing so will enhance my job description as a DTP person. Passing it would make me
more marketable, but only if I want to go on and trade stocks, which is a career I'm not interested
in pursuing.

Do any DTPer's out there work in financial firms that required them to have the Series 7 or some
other Series examine under their belt? If so, and at your earliest convenience, I'd appreciate it if
you could leave a small explanation as to why you need the examine to do your work, and what
your title is? Having your input will make it easier for me when I approach my boss.

My e-mail address is maria_valuch@ccmail.prusec.com.

Thanks in advance....

Maria
