Need new printer and scanner for home DTP

I've started off creating several take-out menus and other small things for companies, but I now need a printer that wont slow me down. I would like a printer without margins. I'd like to be able to print right to the edges of an 8 1/2" by 11" paper.
I'd also like to get a flatbed scanner, mostly for web publishing.

Reccomendations?
