Giant brochure

I am new to dtp and am attempting to create a giant brochure (13"x39") which will then be folded into six 6.5"x13" panels. I plan to print the camera-ready proofs myself. Does anyone know if any of the common dtp programs (pub,pm,qxp) and/or b/w lasers will allow me to print each 6.5"x13" panel "sideways" since the height of the panel (when finished) will be 13" and the width 6.5". Thanks.
