Do you have any experience with DTP? It might
be best for you to freelance for a while and keep
your day job until you have some actual printed
pieces to show. Otherwise, you will probably
have difficulty getting work from anyone. You need
to build your portfolio first. Consider doing some
"freebie" pieces for church or community groups
who can't afford to pay a designer. This will
give you experience before you jump head first!
