HELP! I can't read a file

I made a work in CorelDraw 6.0. It took me a lot of time, and now, when I try to open it again, it just say "Error reading (the name of the file)". No reason why! The file is there, the thumnail is visible.
Perhaps it got some trouble with two PhotoShop images I imported to it. That was the first time I did (and the first time that error appears).
Please, help! I need to bring that work to the printshop before next Thursday.
