Shrinking graphics for printing

Every time I place a full screen capture from my 20" monitor I get these really huge graphics that won't fit on the page in PageMaker. I shrink the graphic by clicking the corner and dragging to about 65% to make it fit on the page. But when I print the page the output is extremely blurry. Is there a screen capture utility out there that will solve this problem, or is there something in PageMaker(6.5) that can fix it?
