Modify ClickArt images?

In the past, I've used ClickArt for Mac and have been able to open the images in Illustrator to modify them. I'm now working in Windows and have purchased the "Incredible 65,000 Image Pak" for WINDOWS. I can't open the files in Illustrator. Anyone know how to open the Windows version files to modify them?
