Build Booklet in PM6

Is it possible to build a publicaton on one 8.5x11 piece oof paper (double sided) with 8 panels on a side? e.g. fold a piece of paper lengthwise, then make four even panels on that (three folds, center then one on each side). This would make a "quick reference pocket booklet" I would like PM to invert the pages so I don't have to rotate each item upside down on the top.....
The closest I can get is a 4 consecutive booklet....

Thanks
