Both - but first I'd talk to local printers, newspapers, ad agencies,
service bureaus, etc., and see what platform/software, etc they use.
As far as computer suppliers, many don't know much about DTP. I bought my first system from a supplier who promised
"free tech support" but I had outdistanced them in a week.
