MSPUB97: Annoying Print Troubleshooting interface

MS-PUBLISHER 97 Question:
Does anyone know how to disable the Print Troubleshooting interface that appears everytime the user prints? Sure I can hide it every single time, but I'd rather not see it by default. Where is the switch? Thanks.
