: For you graphics arts professionals and DTPers (I am neither), I would love to get your opinion on this question:
: How much of a benefit is it to use all image processing/DTP applications from the same vendor (i.e. Photoshop/Illustrator/Pagemaker and CorelDRAW/Ventura/PhotoPaint)?
: Or is it just as easy to mix and match whatever you think is "best of breed" by category? (for example, Quark Xpress with Photoshop?)
: Do people buy, or do stores sell "graphics" software in bundles or suites like Microsoft does with word processing and software? Would this be a good thing?
: Extremely interested in your opinions.
Hi!
I have been testing out some other products besides the adobe series and found out that adobe have some probucts that beats them.
I used a prgram caled Micrografix Picture Publicher and found out that it was as good as Photoshop, and for the half of the prise.
When I went back to use Photoshop I missed some menus I had in PP.
God Luck!
