The Print Shop Premier Edition

I have tried to print envelopes using "The Print Shop" and was unsuccessful in accomplishing this task. Now everything I try and print in this software is printing in an envelope format. Only 1/2 of the paper is being used. When I go to "Letterheads" or anything else it still try's to print in the envelope format. Any recommendations?
