I am the supervisor of a small department, in a relatively small company (<50). I have people that do desktop publishing. I have people that do web design. I have people that do printing and binding. We all do proof reading and text editing. We can all work in Word, Paintbrush, Photo Shop, Paint Shop Pro, Net Objects Fusion,etc.

My question is...how much should I be paying these people? If there is someplace else I should take my question, please direct me. I want to be fair. Please respond. Thank you. Gary
