Within Ill. 7.0 (PC) You do the following:
1. Create your circle
2. Select the text on path tool (Txt tool #2)
3. Click on the edge of the circle
4. Start typing your txt
5. Move the txt with the open arrow (wht) to desired position.
6. Note that the circle you created in step 1 is now gone. If you want to keep that circle, copy and paste a new one on top.
