Illustrator 7 2 decimal positions

When I try to create a rectangle or circle, or when I try to "move an object, Illustrator 7 rounds my number to 2 decimal places. This is a problem because as a printer (laying out die lines) i often need to use 3 and maybe 4 decimal positions.
