Bounding Box

In Adobe Illustrator 7 for Win 95/NT4.0, I can't resize the BOUNDING BOX. The bounding box and crop marks won't move/resize. I've imported a postcript image (33"x44") and the final product must be an Acrobat PDF file -- all without resizing it! When I print the Acrobat file, it only prints whatever shows up within the bounding box. How do I resize the bounding box!
