Ill4.0 upgrade for win95

Hi there,

I'm reading a lot about a win95 upgrade for Illustrator 4.0. Right now, I can't get Ill. to run 'cause I'm using a SVGA monitor on my laptop.
Will the Upgrade make it run in SVGA mode, and if so, where can I download the upgrade?
