: Can anyone help me out?
: I am using Adobe Illustrator 7.0 and for some odd reason the red color is no longer red it's more like a darker red than TOMATO red.
: It has not always been like this it just happen like over night and it is very annoying.
: If anyone out there can help me it would be greatly appreciated.
: Thank you in advance,

It depends on what red you are talking about (cmyk red, a custom color or just a color on your swatch pallete).
If it is 100m & 100y and looks dark red but prints much lighter it is probably a problem with you monitor calibration.
Is you monitor still set on the same number of colors? thousands, millions etc.
