: Hello I work for a school newspaper, and well I put together this really neat design in Illustrator 8 and I need to convert it over to PageMaker 6.5, so that I can e-mail it to the printer. I have a few weeks before I really need this. I know I can make it an image file or eps file and import it as a picture, but it will be a major pain in the butt to e-mail 20 pages of stuff total graphics.
: I really want to be able to convert over vector paths to PageMaker, because I don't know how, or even if it is possible, to make/convert them in/into PageMaker
: HELP!
: BTW do they ever clear out this message board, it is a pain to load.
I hope that I am on the right track. What I understand is that you want to send the Illustrator graphics in Pagemaker without sending along any separate Illustrator files. You can do this by embedding the Illustrator files in Pagemaker, then you won't have to send any Illstrator files. However, this does make the Pakemaker file larger. PS.. With Pagemaker you don't have to save the Illustrator files as .eps to import them into Pagemaker6.5 .(Pagemaker 6.5 will import native Illustrator files...".ai"
