To grab a Windows screen, press the "Print Scrn" button on your keyboard. This places the whole screen on your clipboard. then copy the clipboard to Photoshop and save as whatever you want to. If you want to grab an open windw, press Alt-Print Scrn and do the same thing I mentioned above.
