Yes, it's almost certain that the receiver will be
able to print the image: the absolute majority of
image software of today supports JPEG. Just make
sure to select the right compromise between size
and compression level. If the printout is important
to you and/or the receiver, use a high quality JPEG
compression level (low compression = big file).
