I recently ordered a 2-volume video from Fractal Design teaching Painter 4.0. The number to call is 1-800-846-0111. The name of the video is Painter Pizzazz, the price for the 2 volumes is $59.95. At the same number your can order the Painter 4 Wow Book which I haven't read, and Painter Creative Techniques which is gorgeous but rather advanced. I hope this helps.
