Does anybody have a 3.1 manual they would be willing to part with?

The CD that comes with MacWorld UK has a free unrestricted version of Painter 3.1.
I have been playing with it and loving it (remember your first time? ). Just one problem --
only the help file is provided as documentation.

Does anyone have a manual for Painter 3.1 that they would part with to help a newbie?
