can't use wacom in pressure with painter5

i use art zII with painter5 on PC
but it can't use with pressure
when i set in Edit:Preference: brush tracking
it can not read my pressure value
the setting read only velocity value.
so i think this is my problem or it is usual? please send your help to me at raa7@usa.net
