: I have been running Photoshop 4.01 under NT 4.0 for a long time with no problems...works great even! Today I was working on an image and then closed everything & rebooted the machine. When I ran Photoshop later it caused "access violation (0xc0000005), Address 0x006332a7" when loading up. This happenes every time now, and I cannot get it to work.
: First thing I tried was re-installing it, didn't change anything. I ran a file system monitor and saw that the error occured while accessing the file: photos01.dll
: I tried replacing this file with a fresh copy, still bombing.
: Has anyone ever had this particular problem?
: Anyone have any solutions?
: Any other comments?
1st try norton utilities and run disk doctor
if does not solve problems try
reinstalling system.
