I am having problems upgrading from Photoshop 3.0 to 5.0. Adobe has been no help. The box the upgrade came in says it should work, as does Adobe, but I keep getting a message that says my serial number from my copy of 3.0 is not valid. Now I can't return my $200 upgrade and I can't get it to work (thank you for ripping off a poor single mom Adobe). Is there anyone who can give me some advice or help? Do I need to get 4.0 first? Where can I get a cheap or free version of 4.0 if I need it?
