Photoshop wont print

cannot get photoshop 4.0 or 5.0 upgrade to print files. All
other programs print fine (text and Graphics).Using Cannon
4300.Tried uninstalling and reinstalling both printer and
Photoshop,got rid of error message,but still wont
print.Paper
feeds prints a fuzzy line then ejects this is continuously
until I cancel the print job.But all other programs still
print good.hoping for a way around a complete restore
.Please
help
